Eng. Nzayisenga Jean Damascene

Eng. Nzayisenga had his Advanced Diploma in alternative energy engineering at Tumba College of Technology (TCT) and attained his Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy at the University of Technology and Arts of Byumba.

From 2005, he worked as teacher and head of electrical department at Samuduha Integrated College. 2009 onwards to 2013, he worked as an electrical technician at Ntaruka Hydropower plant operated by the formally known RECO-RWASCO; now currently known as REG.

With his acquired experience and skills, Eng. Jean Damascene has been the Chief Electrical Engineer at Rukarara 1 Hydropower Plant; Ngali Energy Ltd since 2013.
